Early access
Invoices, GST and books. One place.
Witnes Books is accounting software for Indian businesses: invoices and bills, bank reconciliation, inventory and GST returns from the same set of books, so filing day stops being a scramble across Excel, WhatsApp and a desktop accounting package.
- Every module built, on the proven Witness platform core
- Founder pricing for early-access businesses
Why Witnes Books
Most growing businesses don't need a bigger accounting package. They need books that are ready when GST is due.
Invoices in one tool, books in another
Bills are raised in a billing app or Word, then keyed into the accounts again by the accountant at month-end.
GST returns are a monthly scramble
Matching purchase bills to GSTR-2B, working out input tax credit and preparing GSTR-1 happen in Excel, days before the due date.
The owner can't see the numbers
What customers owe, what's due to vendors and what's in stock all wait for the accountant's next visit.

Common questions
What businesses ask before joining early access.
Is Witnes Books available now?
Witnes Books is in early access. Every module is built on the same platform core that already runs EduOps and HealOps in production, and early-access businesses get founder pricing and help shape the launch.
Who is Witnes Books for?
Indian businesses that invoice customers and file GST: traders, distributors, manufacturers, agencies and service firms that have outgrown spreadsheets or a desktop accounting package.
Can we move from Tally or spreadsheets?
Yes. Contacts, items, opening balances and transactions import from Excel and CSV, and Tally data imports from its XML export.
How will Witnes Books be priced?
Pricing will be announced at launch, with every module included. Early-access businesses lock in founder pricing.
Still keying invoices into the accounts twice? Let's fix that.
Early-access businesses get founder pricing and a launch shaped by how they actually invoice, buy and file.
