Is Witnes Staff available now?
Witnes Staff is in early access. Every module is built on the same platform core that already runs EduOps and HealOps in production, and early-access companies get founder pricing and help shape the launch.
Who is Witnes Staff for?
Growing Indian companies that have outgrown HR on spreadsheets but don't want an enterprise HR suite, across offices, shops, factories and field teams.
Does Witnes Staff handle Indian statutory payroll?
Yes. PF, ESI, professional tax, labour welfare fund and TDS are calculated every month, and the PF ECR file, Form 24Q and Form 16 come from the same payroll.
Does it work with our biometric machines?
Yes. Witnes Staff receives punches from eSSL and ZKTeco biometric devices, and punches from other machines can be imported from a file.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Employees use Witnes Staff in the browser on any phone or computer, including check-in, leave and payslips. A dedicated mobile app is planned.
How will Witnes Staff be priced?
