This policy explains how Witness Technologies OPC Private Limited ("we", "us"), 101 FF Hardik Shopping Centre, M G Road, Vadodara, Gujarat 390001, India, handles personal data collected through witnes.in. Each product we make (Witnes CRM, HealOps, EduOps, Witnes Books and Witnes Staff) has its own privacy policy on its own site. It covers the data you put into that product, where the business using the product is the data fiduciary and we are its data processor.

- To keep the website secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

Who else handles it
- Web3Forms, which carries a contact-form message to our inbox. It receives what you type into the form for that purpose.
- Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website, and our email provider, which holds the messages we exchange with you.
- Courts, police or regulators where the law requires it, and a buyer if our business is ever sold, who must keep to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you and for the period the law requires after that, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent to be contacted, or nominate someone to act for you if you die or are unable to, by writing to info@witnesstechnologies.in. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was done before it.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
